CHICKASHA PUBLIC SCHOOLS ENROLLMENT CENTER
Enrollment for 24-25 will be online. THIS WILL OPEN 7/08/24. The Chickasha Enrollment Center is here to help you with your enrollment questions, including:

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT (First time enrollment, or students returning from Out-Of-District or Home-school, including PRE-K. These are also students who you did NOT finish the year at CPS.)
CONTINUING STUDENTS (Students who completed the last school year in CPS and returning this year.)

OPEN TRANSFERS - If you have applied for a transfer, please do not start the enrollment process until you have been notified that CPS has the capacity to accommodate your student.
****PARENT PORTAL - (CLICK ON THIS LINK TO GET YOUR LOG-IN.) This may take up to 24 hours. Grants access to your child's grades, attendance, documents, etc.
IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION from SDE - FOR SCHOOL ENROLLMENT, A PARENT OR GUARDIAN SHALL PROVIDE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. CURRENT, UP-TO-DATE IMMUNIZATION RECORDS; OR
2. A COMPLETED AND SIGNED EXEMPTION FORM. Please click here for the SDE's exemption information.
DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ENROLLMENT for new students. (As defined above.)
* Birth Certificate - State Issued
* Social Security Card
* Immunization Record
* Choose one proof of residency listed below:
Gas, Water or Electric Bill ( Must be current ((last 30 days)), must contain the top portion fo the bill showing the customer name and service address)
Mortgage Warranty/ Lease or Rental Contract (with your name and address on them)
Optional Forms:
** Legal Documents (if applicable) - Divorce/Custody, Guardianship, Foster Care, Legal Name change....
** Academic History ( withdrawal from previous school (9th - 12th)
** IEP or 504 Documents
** Unofficial Transcript (9th - 12th)
